About Us

At Stress Less Kzoo (formally know as Stress Management Solutions) we are passionate about providing quality training programs that use cutting edge evidence-based research and training methods. Our lead trainer, Eric Nelson, has worked in the Mind-Body health field for over 30 years, and was a program officer at the Fetzer Institute for  22 years, developing programs in contemplative science and mind-body medicine.  Eric received his mindfulness training from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Insight Dialogue and Chelsea Meditation and has taught meditation since 1987.

Trainer Bio

Eric Nelson, is the owner and lead trainer for Stress Less Kzoo, which was established in  2011.  Eric has over 30 years teaching experience as a mindfulness and meditation trainer. Eric served for 22 years as a Program Officer at the Fetzer Institute, in Kalamazoo, MI, where he developed programs in the US, Middle East, Asia and India, in the fields of Complementary Medicine, Contemplative Science and Practice, Interfaith Dialogue and Social Healing.  A few of the leaders Eric collaborated with include:
